Health Care Conference Administrators, LLC (HCCA) and Health 2.0, LLC organized Health Innovation Week, October 3 - 10, 2010 in San Francisco.
HCCA conducted the Fourth HIPAA Summit West, October 5 - 6, 2010, during Health Innovation Week. HCCA collaborated with the eHealth Initiative (eHI), an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to drive improvement in the quality, safety, and efficiency of healthcare through information and information technology, to offer the Regional Extension Center (REC) & Health Information Exchange (HIE) Summit West October 5 - 6, 2010, and the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Summit West, October 4 - 5, 2010 as part of Health Innovation Week

The Health 2.0 Conference is the leading showcase of cutting-edge technologies in health care, including Online communities, Search and lightweight Tools for consumers to manage their health and connect to providers online. Health 2.0 has been featured in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Huffington Post, on CNN, CBS News, and in the healthcare trade press. The Washington Post called the conference "...a high-energy gathering of great minds..." Now five conferences on, Health 2.0 has become the place to see and be seen for the leaders in health care technology.

Softpro iTechnology Partners, Chennai signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with four Engineering Colleges based in rural Tamil Nadu. Mr. Arun Chinnaraju Chairman and Founder of Softpro iTechnology Partners signed these memoranda in the august presence of Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Dr. Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi, in his office at Tamil Nadu Secretariat. During his discussion with the press, Arun Chinnaraju mentioned that he was enlightened about the Rural BPO initiative by ELCOT MD Dr. Santosh Babu and was captivated by the impact of his initiative in Krishnagiri. As a person with passion to empower the youth of rural Tamil Nadu, he immediately started a discussion with ELCOT and ICTACT, to conduct this program as part of Softpro’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. In the first stage, four Engineering Colleges in rural parts of Tamil Nadu were identified to execute Softpro's BPO projects. This initiative is expected to create employment opportunities to 400 Young graduates, College Students as well as school dropouts in the local population. Softpro’s international experience and process driven delivery methodology will provide valuable exposure and experience to launch the careers of the rural youth.
